David was a good man, taken from his family and friends too soon under tragic circumstances. He was dedicated to the people of Southend West and helped many people including my brother in the early days of the pandemic. He was patron to many clubs and charities including the Music Man Project, which helps young people with learning disabilities, like my grandson. He touched so many people in so many different ways and he will be greatly missed.
The sadness, my family and I feel on his passing is immense and our thoughts are with his family at this terrible time.
May he Rest In Paradise for ever and in our thoughts always.
